It's the year: 2089
The American government has established a set of new laws for population control, which are called 'Order 2062'. For about 20 years, these laws have been executed and it's not planned for them to change. At birth, each citizen is given an injection that only affects their heart rate when they are near another citizen that shares the same injection. Thus matching two citizens together to form a unit of three. With this prolonging way of life, can it be altered simply due to a boy-crazy female? Or will the Order of 2062 stay intact?
