After when the pack defeated the Nogistune not everything went according to plan Allison died and then Katherine died saving Aiden from getting stabbed, that night Katherine became a Hero along with Allison but little did the pack know is that when they took Katherine's body she was in transition but the pack thought she died but Katherine was in the process of becoming the full Tribrid the unstoppable immortal. When Katherine woke up she was surrounded by her friends but when she saw them she kept getting flash backs about the to people who have died so she ran away and that's when she saw someone and she didn't have control of anything that was happening and just like that she was feeding off a human and she wasn't able to stop until they were on the ground dead that's when Katherine flipped the switch. And now the pack doesn't know where she is or if she is the Katherine they use to know her as.
