I left Japan when I was a child, leaving him behind. Now attending school in America how will it be? What will happen here?

Yuki was born with a weak heart. Due to the lack of medical tools at her hospital, she had to be transferred to a hospital abroad, leaving her childhood friend and first love behind.  

A few years later, they meet again. She could not forgive him for what he has done, but he has no knowledge of what it is he has done. Until they meet.Yuki's emotions begin to falter, as they continuously encounter each other.  Yuki finds herself facing obstacles and choices that will hurt not only her self but others around her. 

What will happen between Yuki and the boy she left behind?
