Yuki was born with a weak heart. Due to the lack of medical tools at her hospital, she had to be transferred to a hospital abroad, leaving her childhood friend and first love behind.
A few years later, they meet again. She could not forgive him for what he has done, but he has no knowledge of what it is he has done.
