Ray

She was the unsolved mystery that I craved the answers to. She was the light humour in all of the jokes. She was the most enchanting destroyer of my life, who left me in ruins. Ruins like her own, ruins that made me smile.

She was pouring into my every essence like those first showers. She was making me fall for her like those autumn leaves. She was breathing back life into me like spring. She was giving me reasons when hers were still undiscovered.

She was the beautiful enchantress, just like flowing water, that captured my attention for far too long until I realised that I was drowning into her.
