In the year 4013, 2,000 years in the future, humans were created with steam and gears to keep them alive forever. 10% of the population were gifted with the ability to turn into animals. The entire population would have been able to turn into animals, but there was a shortage in the supplies. Robin Smith, one of the lucky 10%, is in a pack of steam-powered wolves. One year later, a new leader was chosen. He and the people agreed the hybrids needed to go, and now the royal force are now hunting the 10% to destroy each and every last one of them.
