Female shifters are rare, really rare only about 1 out of 500 are born a year. Only shifters can carry pups. Most werewolf's turn to humans to have there pups and most turn out human. With the population drastically dwindling, what does 18 year old Dylan Anderson do? She a shifter only hey parents and aunt know about it. So when she meets her mate does she tell him?
