Elizabeth Borden lives in New York city floating in between houses of her foster mother and her teacher Magnus Bane. Being a Warlock in the human world can be hard when your eyes look like living, blue fire and using a glamour all the time. It gets even harder when your best and only friend shows up with four Shadowhunters and a vampire to ask your help to preform an intensely energy-draining spell on your birthday. It's only one spell right?
(Elizabeth, other characters I add, and every scene that differs from the book belongs to me, but everything else belongs to Cassandra Clare. I am using the book for a basis with the scenes with Cassandra's characters so that's why things may be very similar to what she has written.)
