Skylar moves out to New York to have a fresh start from escaping her stalker ex boyfriend among other things, in her first week of being at her new college and settling into her 'apartment' she meets Riley and they become fast friends. One night Riley introduces her to group of friends including Grayson, and Skylar instantly doesn't appreciate his rude behavior. From here she avoids him at all costs but when her past comes back to haunt her new life, she has no choice but to put her faith in him to escape.
