Helen's Wish

Helen is a 21 year old girl who has struggled with accepting herself for who she is. She feels that many have prevented her from following her hopes and dreams from a young age, and that she is trapped like a mouse by the tail. Helen has an ability to pinpoint and decipher memories which have occurred early on in her life and she has a tremendous capacity for recounting the fine tuned details. One walk with her younger brother through the nearby woods brings her to a plentiful field dotted with horses, one of which catches her eye and tugs on a heart string. For years she forgets about this noble creature, until one fateful day that happens to slowly attract confidence and independence and changes her into the young woman her parents desired her to be.
