No it's not like the title fortells. Infact I mean it as a way to say things to parents! No I will not use these myself, but to be honest that's cause I'm not a talker with adults that I don't know or always get along with. Yes these work. Not for everyone, but it's basic. You talk it by qhat I say in the book, and i'll have small other things just in case, but these can help or do the whole talk.
