Dan has Achromtopsia. He was born with it and all he see's growing up is black, grey, and white. He wishes to see the shades around him, but he knows it is impossible.
Phil is an artist. He splashes his pigment on everyone and everything without a care in the world. His care free and no filter life lead him into a pit of trouble. The pair are forced to partner up when Dan needs an art credit to pass.
