Embers is a normal 12 year old girl with some not so normal powers! She can see into other people's minds, change the weather, and set fire to things with her vision. But one day, when her grandmother, who had similar talents, passed away, Embers' abilities began to get out of hand. When she comes across a mysterious boy, who tries to persuade her to use her power for evil causes, she is torn between this newfound potential friend, and her forever understanding sister. Will she stick with her sister and save the world? Or will she send it up in flames?
