Except an accident left one infant siren stranded. As this little lone-wolf grew, she became very vindictive -- more than normal for the mer-people -- and became hell-bent on decreasing the mortal population. Akila, now in her early adulthood, has drowned thousands upon thousands of men, and even a few women, and her wrath has become well known across the seven seas. Should any unarmed ships find themselves in calm seas in the light of the moon, BEWARE! For the sombre and lonely song of the most feared Siren will pierce the hearts of the crew and leave them helpless. Akila found joy in ending the lives of the happy, until one day, she moved in for the kill on an american ship. Going for the captain first, she begins to wail away until she sees he is unaffected. Akila, enraged that a human could resist her, begins to follow the ship day in and day out. Watching the sailor, Akila starts to feel this growing in her torso. Akila is beginning to love him. Will she be able to resolve her internal conflict and love the scurvy sailor, or revert back to her nature, lose all emotion and slaughter him?
