For Dakota growing up has been a challenge without her mother, but she kept on living. Cause when you have a warlock father and a house full of werewolves, dwarves, faeries, vampires, warlocks, witches, pixies and a couple of elves, life is far from boring.

But when the demons and their master, whom had disappeared and thought dead, start causing problems. They set out all over the glob searching for something, something that the demon's master will kill for. And that something is her.

So with the Shade Hunters buzzing activity, and Dakota's 18th birthday crawling closer, secrets start to come forward. Some she wished had stayed a secret.
