"Welcome to NOVE..."
After the destruction on World War 3 a new beginnings was thrived for. Many countries were renamed including America, which is now know as Nove. States have been wiped out and now Nove has been split into 4 irregular quarters: Neptune, Oprum, Velvus and Epton. Epton is the land of the elites, where the richest and most powerful live. While, the other 3 quarters are the land of the poor.
Every year, 2 people from each quarter is voted for to take an exam. The winners are taken but no one knows where. Then they are never seen again...
Nove has evolved into a society that is strangled by the laws of the dictatorial government which seizes happiness, memories, religion and most importantly freedom of many people. However the president still repeats the sickening words, "separated but equal".
"... a place for new beginnings" They say with their plastic smiles.
