Do you notice something strange in the way the world works? The loneliest are the kindest The saddest smile the brightest And the most damaged are the wisest Just so no one else has to hurt... They live along the lines of "if we believe tomorrow will be better, we can bear the hardship of today" Everyone seems fine as long as they think they are OK She's the truest soldier of life and of death Battling with open scars, until her very last breath She says she's fine, but she's going insane She says she's good, yet she's suffering in pain She says it's nothing, but really it's a lot She says she's OK, Yet truly she is not Emotionally she's in pain Spiritually she's stressed Physically she smiles But mentally she's depressed She could say "I'm Fine" with tears in her eyes and cover it with a mask To fake to society really is no longer a task She stays strong even when everything falls apart Then when the damage is done she just picks up the pieces to restart Kasper Daltroy is the well known clique of the 'bad boy' at school. He's tough, mean, strong, cute, mysterious and most of all very much feared by basically every guy who knows him. He's like marmite - you either hate him or love him. What happens when this guy meets Layla Rose Mishkin, a clique of an unwanted, tossed aside loser who has a tough life and does not seem to have any self respect - she is feisty though. She starts off wishing her parents did not leave to live in England for a year (even her abusive father) and decided she had to have a housemate, especially when it gets her noticed by the world. But will badboy Daltroy grow on her as he begins to show his soft side, or will she decide to stay on the safe side. Keep reading you'll love this...

"I love you" she says and kisses my jaw tenderly. "I love you too baby" I reply stroking her still damp hair. We were sat in a dirty McDonald's car park. We could be sat in a fucking pile of trash and I wouldn't care. Because I would be with her. As long as I'm with her, nothing else matters. -------------------------------------------------------- After all he had known was anger and hatred she was like a breath of fresh air to him. With just one look into her mesmerizing chocolate eyes and one listen to her angelic voice he knew he was ruined. He despised this feeling. He felt helpless. No matter how much he tried to stay away he was drawn to her and he knew he was playing a very dangerous game. Leaving the pain of her past behind her she starts a fresh in a new town with her older brother. Meeting the towns bad boy was not on her agenda but every time she saw him she was intrigued. He was rude and had a terrible attitude, but his eyes didn't show anything but pain which is something she knew all too well. They are complete opposites but have one thing in common. They are both broken, maybe just maybe they could be the cure to each others pain. ⚠️ this story contains mentions of abuse and alcohol so if you are not comfortable with this please do not read my story.
