This is and AU where Luke never died but Percy and Annabeth still got together as well as Thalia and Nico. However Luke is not in the best state of mind, intact he's criminally insane. And he has developed this idea in his mind that both Thalia and Annabeth both belong to him, and love him. so he believes Percy and Nico have "stolen" them from him.
Will Percy and Nico be able to protect Annabeth and Thalia, and get rid of Luke. Or will Luke's insane image become true.
