The "Normal" Car

I decide to get out of the car and run. All of a sudden the car lights turn on and everything goes black. I wake up in a hospital bed and the last thing I remember is I was in my Grandpa's old car and it was talking to me after my sister left. A nurse walks in with a syringe and says "Oh your awake. You must be famished after we found you on the side of the road. Your parents are coming to get you." I decide I need to ask her what happened. And she tells me that a Doctor named Mr. Myers found me while I was on my back. "Why do I need that long needle in my leg?" I ask. "Because your leg was bleeding and we don't want to get it infected with a virus" I let her insert the syringe and when she left I find myself in the back seat of the car. "Hey your awake" says a mysterious voice. I decide to keep quiet because this is the same car that my Grandpa calls haunted. "Are you dead or do I need to crash into someone to wake you up." "I'm awake" I reply in a weak voice. "Well good because you had me scared that I frightened you and had a heart attack" Then I realize that the car is moving. "Who is driving this car" I ask.
