Y/n had died from multiple stab wounds from his Ex-girlfriend and friend that had belong to the cult of nyarlathotep. Or in simple words the cult of the crawling chaos. After the sacrifice instead of summoning nyarlathotep, The idiots summon a different outer god who killed them for summoning "it" from its rest. After killing the two fools this outer god took interest at the poor boy soul that had boundless potential, with no limits and chains of fate holding the boy down. "It" took the boys soul and brought with in his own realm that is in a different plain of existence, after destroying earth. That is one of many earths.
