Quem nunca quis ter autonomia para decidir o seu próprio destino? E sentir medo de não conseguir é um tanto normal . Desde que esse medo não os façam recuar. Mas a pergunta ser feita aqui não seria unicamente sobre ter medo, mas : "Você teria coragem de enfrentar isto que tanto te assusta?"

Tinker, Tailor, Solider, Spy and a Guy. The talented twists of souls that combine to make the club are intertwined with the harsh reality of addiction. Did you know that people whom have addictions generally also are prone to high intelligence. As per Verata Health: Specifically, the study found that men who had a mean IQ score of 109 (the highest in the study) were trying drugs much earlier and also used drugs more frequently than those who tested with an IQ of 100. So the questions go through your hypothesis. Yes, each parent, friend, partner or loved one asks these questions! WHY?? These hypotheses argue that intelligent people who use drugs: Are easily bored - As a result, they look for new and novel things to push their mind. Drugs, being a dangerous and risky thing, entertain and even challenge their minds. Need new challenges - Success often comes easily to intelligent people and they may need to overcome new challenges regularly in order to feel a sense of personal progress. And what is more difficult than beating addiction? Try to fuel their creative fires - Intelligence and creativity are highly linked and the myth that drug use helps fuel creative genius has been spread for centuries. Unfortunately, this may lead intelligent people to try drugs. The Swear I Never Would Club consists of many members. I'd like to introduce you too some of them, if you'll let me. These stories are loosely based on people I've met throughout my journey through addiction and beyond. I am writing this as I experienced it through real situations and twisted tales. -I am not good at giving descriptions but please give my story a chance- "He was the calm and she was the storm." They always say, loving someone would turn your life upside down in a good way but I believed that it's the opposite of good, and guess what? I was right. Love was always out of my mind. I drink, eat, and breathe my work I'm the definition of work alcoholic it's the truth. Then one day when I entered this case I knew that it will let me get where I want but for the first time in my life I was wrong. I failed! Not in my work, I failed in my life and I think I deserve it. My dad always tried gaining control over me and I hated it. One day I became sick of my dad's controllers over me so I decided that no one other than me would be in control of my life. Since that day I took the remote control of my life, emotions, tears, future, work, and anything that would pop out in my mind. If you wonder what happens if I wasn't in control the answer is I don't know or let me say I didn't know! Till one day I lost the remote control and it ended up pretty bad! I don't fear love, I fear the idea of someone else having control over my heart & feelings because you never know if the person will cherish you and never break you, or maybe it's only me. I don't trust people it's a survival instinct. And me being a controlling freak over everything doesn't make it any better for me! Love is like a drug, when you have it you feel at the highest place in your life but when you lose it you'll feel miserable, that's what I learned from my story of love. If I lost Serkan I know that I'll break apart and never be the same because I love him so deeply, he's engraved in my heart. And like that when I married Serkan it was like signing a deal with the devil himself. You and Hyunjin have been best friends for a really long time already. You knew each other since the two of you were 15 Which means that you know Straykids too. You love their songs and choreography's, a lot. The members always teased the both of you by saying "you two would be a really good couple, you know ?" Or "come together already" and even more really unnecessary things. Ya'll just ignored it and laughed about it, after awhile though, you started to think about all the things they say. "Would we really be a good couple ?" That's the question your head repeated all the time. The boys and you go to school, it's a chaos but a comfortable one. You love being around them, especially Hyunjin. You just love him really much, as a friend. Tired, that's how I felt all day. I love my work, my fans, my members.... But do they love me? I shouldn't wonder but I can't think of being appreciated. Everything I'm doing, everything I'm sacrificing, including my health, is not repaid with either the love of the Stay or the love of my members, my family.... Can I still consider them my family. Too much stress, too much work, too many expectations and no one to count on, how long can I continue like this? I just keep thinking that if I left, no one would miss me, not the Stay, not my members, not even my family... What keeps me alive is only the pain I feel every time I lock myself in the bathroom, when I see that red liquid running down my arm I feel free, nothing can make me feel something like them, not even food. What if I make it all stop? What if I leave forever? What if the voices in my head finally went away? What would people think of me? Maybe they would label me as "The idol too weak to bear some pain" but I would never know.... Maybe it's better this way, maybe eternal darkness is better than an eternity of pain. I screwed up. I mean, really screwed up. I don't remember a time where I haven't screwed up, but this feels like I've gone past the point of no return. I've always thought that people wouldn't care. Wouldn't care if I suddenly dissappeared off the face of the earth. They wouldn't care if I was being beaten senseless on the ground. No one has ever cared, and I don't believe they ever will. Not really. Sometimes people just need a reminder. A reminder that they're worth it and that they're not alone. Some people just need a person they can trust. Some people are just so far gone that there's no saving them. How sad it is that I'm one of the latter. Emotional Amnesia
Sometimes when I say "I'm okay", I want someone to look me in the eyes, hug me tight and say, "I know you're not". I have felt like this many times in my life; as a kid, teenager and as an adult. I have seen many things in my life and felt even more things that has been horribly depressing... But I got up. I stood up to walk on for another day. I dealt with my emotional amnesia the only way I knew I could and that was by writing it out into poetry. I wanted to forget my pain and forget what I was going through. I needed that cut of the blade or a pill to drink to take everything away. My poetry became both my pill and my blade... Now I share the most intimate part of myself with the world. The part of me I kept hidden in the closet. The part I never thought I would ever present to the world. Now is the time I have to stop having amnesia about my emotions. It is time to learn, to better myself and to stand up and remember the things that I shut out like a voluntary amnesia all these years. Those who are offended after reading this - f**k you!
