Hikaru Kaneko was born into a legacy. Her father was one of the Generation of Miracles when he was young but after and accident caused him to lose one of his legs, he became unable to play competitively. Hikaru was born with the ability to play basketball, just as well as her father. The only problem is, will a team accept a girl player? Taking a great risk, Seirin's basketball coach accepted Hikaru with open arms after realizing that her potential was far greater than she'd ever expected. Hikaru is thrown into the world of basketball and along the way she will meet some of the current Generation of Miracles. Ryota Kise and Tetsuya Kuroko are two of the great legends that take a interest in Hikaru; a copy cat and a shadow. A simple point guard from Shutoku and maybe even the Ace of Touou show interest in the spectacular girl as well. Hikaru must endure difficult decisions and learn what it takes to be a great athlete.
