Riley is the new reporter for Picture News and just recently moved to Central City from Starling City where she was friends with a certain vigilante. But little did she know, that one night can change her life forever. 

Barry Allen is a forensic scientist for the CCPD, who has lived in Central City his whole life. At the age of 11, Barry's mother was murdered and his father is in Iron Heights for life because of it.

Her emotions hit, and she temporarily slowed down time in order for her to make a five mile walk in under three minutes. Call it, un-super speed if you'd like. She was confused. She had no clue how that happened, but she had to find how. Now, she was extremely smart. She did research. Then she saw many reports on the news about this man called "The Streak". She thought it was... Odd. The whole concept of superheroes and super humans. It was to unreal and childish for her. She didn't like the title 'superhero'.
