Thousands of years have passed since the D'jinn King bestowed magic on the first Magis and has long left the world since. The world was at peace due to the teaching of the Magis but soon war spread across the land when they realised that magic could be weaponised.
The D'jinn king then send down the D'jinns, and from there a long tradition of peace by battle has begun, the Magi Cup.

1) Ryuenji "Heiki" Saito is your average student with average grades, average magic, average looks, average everything. While attending the most average (~cough~worst) Magi School, Equos Academy, he soon found himself in a very, very wrong place at the very very wrong time.
Due to unforseen circumstances, Saito is contracted to an "average" D'jinn averagely. He is then persued by other D'jinns averagely before the Magi Cup.
But however, Saito's contracted D'jinn is not all that average when paired with an average mage.
And so begins this not so average journey.

34 parts Complete

*I do not own Magi or any of it's characters* Several hundred years after the Kou Empire civil war, Al-Thamen is completely defeated. The battle was long and hard, leaving most of the word in ruins. The normal humans, who later call themselves MWS (Magic-weilders Subjugation Organization) decide that magicians and metal vessel users are far too strong, too dangerous. The MWS begin locking up any race that had power. Magicians, dungeon capturers' djinn, household users, magi, and even the Fanalis and Imuchakk. Once they were finished, they united the world, making it all one country, and genetically mutated humans to be sure no magicians were born... Despite all this, one magi survived. Neah, a twenty four year old still in her senior year of high school, with an arrogant personality. She's also the only fallen member of society, another thing MWS tried to fix, but couldn't with her. Neah's vowed to save her fellow magicians, seeing it as her duty being the last free magi...but it doesn't exactly go as planned... (40K words)
