At 12 years old India found out she had been given up for adoption, it wasn't until she found out that her 4 other siblings weren't given up that it became a problem, already a semi-troubled child this put her over the edge, she for the life of her couldn't understand why her mother kept them and not her.
One day India stumbled across a picture of them on Facebook, they were all light skinned with curly hair, and she was the darkest of all dark, (in her eyes) already teased about her skin color she made herself believe that just like her mother no one wanted her, because she was black and ugly, she began to hate herself, her life, an everyone in it.
Graduating high school at age 15, she left home, and her crazy life began. Would India be found or remain a girl lost.
