She thought she was alone, or she never would have opened her mouth and did the one thing that has gotten her through so much, the one thing that her mother loved to do, sing. She didn't know that they had followed her and what's worst of all is...

That they heard the mute girl sing.

At every school there's that one person that everyone picks on , that one person that no one really cares about, the one that shows up to school with mysterious and unwanted bruises. The one that just wants someone to love them , that's all.

Octavia summers is that one girl the one that gets beat up everyday and the one that no one really notices. No one has heard her talk for 8 and 1/2 years. Nobody knows that she sings, until a group of boys hear her sing but they don't jut hear her, they hear the pain in her and desire to know the story that could hold so much pain. Will they figure out and when/if they do,
Will they be able to save her.

[COMPLETED] Autumn Cross is now in 12th grade at her new school, Willington High, with only one goal in mind: passing the 12th grade and going to a good college. But her world changes when she meets Ryder Becker. Ryder Becker is one of the most popular boys in all of Willington High. I mean, all the boys want to be him and all the girls worship him. He could care less about grades because he knows that football is what's going to get him into a good college. But his carelessness in grades changes when he meets Autumn. Not only does Autumn get partnered up with Ryder for the biggest class project of the whole year, she also lives on the same street as him. In the beginning she thinks it's a total curse, but maybe it's a blessing in disguise... They both may pretend on the outside that they are fine, but truth be told, they are both broken. The way his smile doesn't match his sad eyes draws her towards him, and the scars and bruises on her skin draw him towards her. A cure for your sadness could be another person, right? Well put her broken pieces together with his, and you have cracked the code. Love could put their broken pieces back together. ----------------------------------- A sky full of stars and he was still staring at me. "Why are you staring like that?" I asked him. "You scare me, Autumn." Ryder admitted. "How come?" He looked down at the grass beneath us then back at me and gulped. "Because I want to tell you secrets I'm too scared to admit to myself." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 🤍I wrote this when I was around 13-14 (i'm 19 now) so some chapters may be cringy but I am too lazy to rewrite them, and still so many people enjoy this book and i'm truly grateful! But sorry in advance for scenes that may seem unrealistically cringe...I was young and naive. Alice Avery lives in a society where every girl must wear mini skirts and unbelievably high heels. Where girls are expected to be bimbos and guys are Greek Gods. So how does a tomboy fit in this situation? And where are the bad boys? Alice Avery is a tomboy. She loves to skateboard and hates gossip. She hates skirts, dresses, make up, and drama. She speaks up for herself and has not seen people due to being homeschooled all of her life. How will she take it when her senior year is spent in a public school filled with bimbos, jocks, and bad boys? What if she ends up living next to the bad boys? Oh jeez.... Now, for the bad boys. The Three Musketeers are the baddest boys in school. But no girls there are good enough to be their girlfriends. No matter how slutty they're willing to be. But Alice is different. The Three Musketeers are more dangerous than many people know but the people they work for are even worse. What happens when Alice gets mixed up in their crazy mess? Secrets will be revealed.
