They said we were fake, so we killed them. We made them an example to all who denied our presence. We ruled the world. Then, the Hunters came. They tried to steal our power from us for power under the pretense of freeing the earth from our tyranny. We weren't the tyrants. They were. They couldn't kill us, so they imprisoned us each in an individual crypt, the seven of us scattered across the continents. They bound us, took advantage of our immortality, and we soon became nothing more than a myth. We were all imprisoned, but I escaped. I'm going to find the Hunters, and I'm going to show them the wrath of a true god.
