On Sol Imperium, four mythological spirits watch over the kingdoms in order to uphold the growth and development of Sol. To uphold the peace between the Four Kingdoms, the spirits made a pact and chose Four Chosen as vassals from each kingdom. Ryou Seiryu is not one of the Four Chosen yet he is to serve as a guide in order to influence the Kingdom of Suiren's vassal with their ideals. Now, he wants to decide his own fate instead of being shackled down and runs away. He considers himself an ordinary boy if not for some girl that came crashing into his life demanding to be his friend.
