its about how lonely a person feels in midnights at times that he wants to cry it all out so that his heart loses a bit weight. The desperation of letting all out is kinda so overwhelming that even a strongest person starts crying because he has been reached to the limits of endurance, the feels of keeping the pain is so strong that they think that if they didn't let it out their heart may explode. Well in my opinion its good to cry once in a while, it makes you feel lighter and more energetic and helps you move on because of this you dont have to roam around in the past again and again it gives you straight to take authentic decision on the bases of which you can move on. Once you have cried it out then their is no going back and you better make sure of it as well. If you hesitate to cry then at least try sharing it with someone, someone you can truly trust, it will be a great help, let someone be your ray of sunshine to guide you the path to the surface and to drag you out from the pit of darkness, from the delusions , from the pain so that your wounds start healing, so that your body starts even covering up your scars.

Pain. Depression, anxiety, insomnia, panic disorder - it wasn't a lonely feeling, but one that wouldn't hesitate to rip your heart open. I know that personally. It's always been difficult to tell people. I can't tell my friends, my family, and certainly not therapists. That's why I've created a system that I call my 'Levels of Stress' and have saved my 10... that is up until now. ***Warning: contains triggers, graphic violence, and a lot of deep, raw emotions. It has parts of entries from my journal during my worst period, the parts that I never thought about sharing until I realized how I could relate it to others.***
