The world is at a an all time low. The ecosystem has failed. And they are running out of resources. Everybody is going to the closest rescue cities. The only two still standing is Andrea and Brooklyn. One family consists of Matthew and his two daughters Midnight and Madelyn. He chooses to go to Andrea. Andrea has very strict rules and there is only one child to every family. Not only that but he is chosen to take on a serious task. To right down everything that happens. But the problem is that he has to hide his youngest daughter midnight.

~Thank you for the continued love for this series! I was 13 when I began this book, and am now taking the time to go back to completely rewrite it, and maybe just publish someday~ I'm 15 and my name is Astrix. Let's start with that.
