The world is not the same as it once was before; what used to be united and uniquely diverse is now filled with chaos, despair, murder, and lies. Stable ground is built on the idea of survival, of making it till tomorrow. Whether alone or part of a group, no one is safe. At least not anymore.

Violet and Eleanor have been through hell and back, and with a new problem solved and another uprising, seeking help from a tightly-bonded group seems to be the only logical thing to do.

What was planned as a temporary stay though becomes permanent, and the two survivers become part of the group within weeks. But in a swiftly changing life, new matters arise and everything falls apart once again for Violet and Eleanor.

People change, feelings change; there's no warning of what is coming next, and in this world now, it's live in the moment or don't live at all.
