When a new ghoul, unnamed and unknown, pops into town, the small boy is immediately taken in by Tsukiyama. No-one but he trusts the newbie, who answers to 'Beast,' except... Well, no one except Tsukiyama, obviously.
At the same time, a new recruit for the Doves appears. Oddly enough, Suzuya finds himself almost intimidated by the quickly rising star. This young man rarely speaks, answers to 'Toby,' and had his own Kagane created. Quite literally.
