Cecelia Brooks is the new girl in town. She moved from Dallas, Texas to Sacramento, California. She attends a new school and befriends Lilli Jones on the first day and runs into the Gems. She also meets Eric Forman, a popular jock that everyone knows, and develops a crush on him. Cecelia gains a bit of popularity then meets Sasha Pieterse, a fake friend who used her, whom Lillie warned her about. Cecelia gets bullied and harassed at school and online which causes her to question her existence and feel extremely insecure.
