Charming is a modern take on the story of Snow White through the eyes of a rich boy by the name of James Galahault. Being James was the most mysterious of the Seniors, he had received the attention of nearly every woman in his large Oregon high school. Despite this, he prefers to be an outcast holding the belief that only true love mattered. That was until the day he met a young freshman girl, whom dropped into his life unexpectedly. Instantaneously, his heart would throb and pound against his chest at the sight and this would in turn lead to his first conversation with her, Lilly Tome. The fairest one of them all he would find, however, she is one who's been broken and beaten her whole life due to the Evil Queen of Devas, Daeva Grace. Protecting Lilly may not be enough to save her from herself and the oppression caused by the witch. If only he would be able to save her or perhaps he can. His dark secret maybe her salvation, in the tale of Charming.

Summer Charming is the 14 year old daughter of David. She doesn't know who her mother and she doesn't need to know because she doesn't want to know the woman who abandoned her. She's perfectly fine living with her father and grandmother. She does hope to find someone who she can look up to as mother. Summer, David, and Ruth are living their perfect lives together until a man comes to their farm and says that David has to live with King George. Summer stays with her grandmother until her father returns. When her father returns, he returns with a woman. After they defeat King George, they all live in the woman's castle. When the Evil Queen casts the curse, they all end up in Storybrooke. To destroy David's happiness, she decided to get to one of the people he loves most, Summer. She gives her one of the worst punishments she could give anyone in Storybrooke. Regina makes Summer suffer by not taking her memories away and giving her fake memories. In Storybrooke, Summer is the daughter of Sheriff Graham. She remembers that she's a fairytale character and everyone else in the town don't remember that they're fairytale characters.
