While Ambrosia the Honey Changeling is writing her book, her kingdom gets attacked and she flees with her only possession, her book.

Now, many years later, Ambrosia finds herself standing tall, and determined to retake her home even if she isn't sure she still has a home to retake. But, when she runs into something from another world, she realizes that maybe there's more to it than just her home. 

(Trust me... it's cooler than I described...)

This is set after season 7 and WILL give away spoilers, y'all have been warned.

*This was first started before the second half of season 7, so any errors regarding canon stuff is just because I didn't want to change the story over and over again to fit the show*

Parts of the story may be rewritten to improve quality and a sudden change of character info/idea. About 5 arcs planned (excluding the "intro arc"). 10 chapters an arc with 2k words as the minimum goal for each chapter. Goal may not be met realistically, so hoping the total amount of words from each chapter reaches the arc goal (20k). Unfortunately, there will be no PG edition for this book. Whoever young wants to read it will have to grow up.

I'm also gonna keep her human instead of changing her into an animal. 10/10 recommend this show. At first glance, I thought it was another weird kid show, but it is so amazing! The plot is great, the characters are amazing and funny, and the twists were amazing and leave you wanting more. Just sad that there isn't currently a third season. :(

Being transparent, this story is an MLP fanfic that started out as a pet project of mine, but I finished it a few days ago, and I felt it's finally time I share it. Sure, it starts out with typical "OC meets canon character" stuff, but it gets good, I swear! Seriously, this story gets quite insane by the end, and while I don't blame you if you don't read every single chapter... at least read the tenth chapters, because that's usually where it gets the most insane. I might even upload said tenth chapters before the others because... well, I'm going to be rewriting a lot of stuff, and I'm not gonna make you wait to get to the good parts. By the way, the story contains a lot of No More Heroes/Bayonetta influences, and some Devil May Cry ones earlier on. Also, please keep in mind that while I do try to write the characters canon to the show as accurately as I can, I try to write them with a bit more sincerity, as if they're people instead of cartoon ponies. Then again, take my attempt at a more realistic portrayal of the characters with a grain of salt. I'm still an amateur writer after all, so whether or not the characters do actually act like more realistic versions of the characters from the show is up to you to judge. All non-original characters, locations and concepts (eg, Fluttershy, Equestria, Elements of Harmony) belong to Hasbro.
