Being Fair Ain't Easy

Jennifer Riley is a 25 year-old women living in London, England. She's gotten herself mixed up with a job on the black market that deals with illegal weapon trade, all because of her parents. They'd died abruptly when she'd been four so she didn't know much about them. She'd lived with her grandparents since, and finally got her own apartment. Her parents had been wrapped in some bad things and she was desperate to find out more. So a dear friend of her parents, Alec Howard, decided to help the young girl out by giving her a spot in his company of illegal weapon trade. On the day that she receives good news regarding her job, something awful happens. She meets an odd stranger who seems a little off, in her opinion. When he suddenly kisses her and she loses consciousness, she doesn't know what to do.

The next day she wakes up in the hospital with no recollection of memories from the last 25 years of her life whatsoever. And suddenly, she's being targeted. People from all over are sent out to attack her for reasons she doesn't understand. Her friends want to help her and so they hire Trevor. A blue-eyed hottie who isn't giving off a good vibe. She finds him hard to trust, despite the fact that he saves her life multiple times. She makes a plan to keep her distance from him. Unfortunately, falling in love with Trevor definitely wasn't part of it. Now, she's dived into a dangerous race and she must quickly remember her past, find out exactly why people are attacking her, and just what her parents had to say for all of this.
