where royalty makes no difference and sirius and idris have no other choice but adapt, and fight against what is facing them. e l o n g a t e d s u m m a r y IN A WORLD OF WIZARDS AND WITCHES, Idris Grey was nothing different. Born from a half-blood mother and a pureblood father, she considered herself as somewhat of a mix between the two. A one quarter half blood. Yet, the entirety of her family preached about being Pure blood, scrutinizing her mother for being half-blood. This attitude in itself made her rebel against her puritan grandparents and Idris, while fully pure-blooded, proceeded to give herself the same title as her late mother. Half-bred. Half-blood. Half-ling. This was an insult, and a grave one, to her grandparents. The distancing from the young girl, and following her parents' tragic demise, Idris had been left alone on the streets.

Aimee Burke had been raised to be independent and strong-willed, all for her future success. A distant father and an overbearing mother, makes her days at Hogwarts seem like heaven. Sirius Black had been raised to hold strong values for blood purity. Along with his brother were taught that Purebloods, were the only wizards worth socialising with. However, Sirius would do anything in his power to do the exact opposite. In the beginning, the pair don't see eye to eye. Until they realise that they have a lot more in common than they first thought. They just needed to get over old traditions. Even fix them if they hope to ever get along. ©SlytherinSilverRose
