[Practice] Fight Scene

This is a practice scenario in which a police Investigator finally catches up and faces a mysterious serial killer whose been on the run for a long time now. Several of the victims were directly linked to the Investigator's police department.
He is determined to take down this insane killer, on the roof of a twenty story high building, once and for all.
