(DISCLAIMER: I wrote this when I had just became a fan of the Crüe and this was my first Nikki fanfic, so it is not very good. I wrote a remastered version of this book that's completely different than this version!) Nikki meets a girl who instantly catches his eye at The Whiskey. Trying to talk to her, he thinks she's playing hard to get, upon further talking, he realized she's afraid. Afraid of what? Carly meets the bassist of a band called Mötley Crüe, Nikki Sixx. Knowing of his bad boy rep, she tries to stray away from him. Hearing about the way he treats women makes her afraid. What's she afraid of? Everything. (I in no way mean any disrespect to Mötley Crüe/Nikki Sixx at all. Some events that take place in this story are from "The Dirt" and "The Heroin Diaries", I take no credit for what I put in this story that relates to those books. This short story, to me, is a bit different from other Lexx stories that I've seen here, or even other Motley fan fiction stories that I've read here. It's a lot of self reflections of the characters, more so than a story line, although it does have one. But, Crue fan fiction writers here on Wattpad have been my inspiration because you get my mind cranking with ideas. So thank you. This is my first attempt at writing. Surprisingly, I'm a regular gal who just loves Motley Crue and other music from the era. I pretty much have a band crush, with particular affection for Nikki. Some of the writing here on Wattpad is so good, that I might find myself getting a little envious over a fictional character, LOL.
