Based off of Cassandra Clare's The Mortal Instruments, and more heavily influenced by the show Shadowhunters.

Simon Lewis works at the local comic book store. He was sentenced to the graveyard shift, spending each night alone with his coffee and comic books. Occasionally there would be a shopper or a teen. Simon just loved the sounds of the vintage pages rubbing together accompanied by the smell.

Raphael Santiago was never interested in comics, but his best friend Magnus Bane all but begged him to get his boyfriend his favorite series at 1 am because he was "sad."

So Raphael finds himself in the shop, his entire world turning upside down.

And for what?

The nerdy boy behind the counter, half asleep.
