The year is 2040. American and Canadian forces are pushing to reclaim land they lost to the old terrorist organization ISIS. In the recent years they kept quiet and expanding and developing new weapons and aircraft but they hit America and they took over half the U.S but the U.S Navy is planning to send in SEALs along with the U.S Army to reclaim the land they lost.

In this world, countries and humans live together, and there are powers given to the countries at birth/appearance. There's a group in Europe that murders innocent civilians just for the hell of it. They call themselves Emathron. Russia, an investigator/police officer, is tasked with finding and arresting this group of killers and psychopaths. His boss, EU, forces Russia to work with 3 others. Finland, one of the best snipers in the world, Vietnam, a silent and serious policeman, and Kazakhstan, a winged country that can glow when he wants. What will happen to Emathron and the odd group of officers?
