Projek Tahun Akhir kursus Kewartawanan membawa Anis, Faz dan Teha kepada Banglo Permata, sebuah banglo seakan istana yang telah dilama tinggal. 109 tahun ditinggalkan tanpa sesiapa pun yang berani untuk mendekatinya, inikan pula untuk menceroboh. Kawasannya bersih seperti dijaga oleh seseorang. Tiada sedikit habuk pun kelihatan. Namun, kehadiran mereka bertiga ke Banglo Permata akhirnya menghidupkan sesuatu.
Berjayakah mereka keluar dari banglo itu? Atau kekal di dalamnya bersama penghuni lama? Adakah akan berlakunya pertumpahan darah? Siapa Permaisuri itu? Apakah baginda masih hidup? Semua jawapan terletak di tangan mereka.
