On the old times, women with Red Rose are meant to be sacrificed but now a queen named Ellen, who had a Red Rose, decided that the sacrifice is no more and there will a prophecy where there will be an ambush but a girl with a Red Rose will be their saviour.

4 years later, a swarm of Noble vampires attack Rose City, the queen was forced to marry Vestus Bathory, the King of Vampire Nobles, and her citizens became blood givers to the Nobles.
