All Sarah wanted was a cry in private after her wedding was called off. Instead, she finds her co-worker rising from the bathroom stall - with an insatiable hunger for human flesh. ~~~ Sarah had locked herself in the office bathroom, sobbing after her fiancé, Mark called off the wedding. Through her tears, she heard strange groans coming from the next stall. "Ugh, someone has food poisoning," she thought. But when the stall door swung open, the slouched figure that emerged was not sick-it was dead, with lifeless eyes and decaying flesh. Sarah opened her mouth to scream just as the infected co-worker lunged at her. She was trapped, as the entire office went into lockdown due to a zombie outbreak. There would be no easy escape from the horror that was breaking out in Manhattan.Complete

He was brought into a lab and that's when it all started. Vanoss has anger issues and the scientists only made it worse. They originally planned to only have Vanoss as their only hybrid but that didn't go to plan. Every time they shot needles into his system he would get furious and hurt them all. They finally brought in another person. Delirious. He was the second hybrid to be brought in. He was Vanoss's weak spot. They grew such a bond that Delirious could calm Vanoss with a smile. Vanoss and Delirious were the only ones. The hybrids. They managed to work together and escape. They looked at the white lab in the distanced and smile. "We did it."Complete

"Life isn't temporary anymore and death isn't permanent, the lines so blurred it's best if you just avoid thinking about it." The world has ended. Humanity is on the brink of death. The apocalypse is real, has been for a long time now, and life will never be the same. Phil is afraid, afraid of losing his one tie to this world that despite it all keeps him going with the desire to keep them both alive, with a love he can't admit. Dan is worn down but determined, not willing to give in despite the overwhelming circumstance. He'd sooner die than lose Phil to anything. They look out for each other, separation is out of the question. In a world where everything familiar is dead and gone, just one person standing by your side can be the difference between sanity and chaos, and for the two of them, the other is that person. But how can love survive, when death is looming and one half doesn't even realize it exists? The world is a dangerous place, and even with the help of their not-quite human companion Cat and and group of newfound friends, there are new, unfound struggles in store for the pair and a secret neither of them will see coming.
