Silvermoon has been exiled, shaking both Tribes. Windchiller is ready to become a Regalian. Frostflare's mind is clouded by poor judgment and bad character as the Summer Solstice comes and goes. She soon enters a dream where she is inside the body of Photonya, the root of all Photodescendants. Each night she relives Photonya's life with the ability to change the events of her past. In the Tribe of Fire, sickness hits them hard and Windchiller is in danger of losing a Tribemate's life... or her own. When Silvermoon learns that she can help save the Tribe of Fire, she must decide whether or not she will re-affiliate with the Tribes, or say goodbye forever.
