Echo: The Kits Take A Stand
This is a warriors fan fiction that was already completed on google docs about six months ago. There are nine chapters and I will release them all pretty quickly because they are all already finished. Me and my friend (4lifejayfeather) wrote this a little while ago, our writing skills have improved since then I promise. Echokit and her friends live in a very large Clan called PondClan where a strange sickness has been infecting many of the cats. The sickness is not very deadly, but it can kill cats slowly overtime. The medicine cats are determined to find a cure for it, but meanwhile Hazelstar creates a new rule for the Clan: As long as the sickness is still around, no kit may become an apprentice until the age of 10 moons to protect them from being exposed to the sickness. Echokit, who is only one moon old and already feels ready to be an apprentice, is obviously outraged by this, just as many of her siblings and friends are. Will the kits be able to take a stand and fight for their rights?

(I cringe at this every day now. It's not too horribly written, but it is rushed and disorganized. Please know this isn't a representation of my current work.) Two kits, same pelts, opposite souls. Blessedkit, born to ShadowClan parents, discovers quickly that he is quite "special" in the eyes of his Clanmates. His brother, Rottenkit, is presumably a filthy-hearted cat who would have become a murderer if he had been allowed to be, and therefore was murdered in the womb by StarClan. And now, Blessedkit's become the unwilling celebrity of not just ShadowClan, but all four Clans. As time progresses and Blessedkit is driven further to madness by the constant unwarranted praise of his Clanmates, it's eventually clear that StarClan made the wrong choice.

After her horrible death, the kindhearted Cursedclaw became the leader. He was a great deputy and leader for some time- until something happened during the war.. He goes practically insane, Making kits apprentices much too early, elders have to fend for themselves and cats are dying daily- almost... But maybe the deaths aren't coincidences or caused by Cursedstar's treachery. It's all up to Moonkit and Gorsekit to solve mysteries and problems among the clan, and maybe sort out some problems the clans are facing..
