An after story ...
Arima Kousei is broken, after the loss of Kaori it seems he's happy. But it's a lie... He was still grieving but had buried it deep inside his scarred heart. He  could hear faint sounds of the violin and an echo of her insults. Then one calm night, the two encountered in his dreams, it was felt so real to him.
  
 But there's a twist, each time they met, Kousei woke up feeling sick and weak gradually death will come upon him. 
  
  Will Kousei break his connection with Kaori? Or will he pay the price of death  in order to stay with her?
