|| 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝟏 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 #𝐊𝐈𝐒𝐌𝐄𝐓 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 || Ralph Waldo Emerson once said, "The dice of God are always loaded." Abheesht Singh Ranawat, the King of Mewar, found it in the most peculiar way possible. A promise was made years ago and he knew he had to honor his Dado-sa's words. At the ripe age of twenty-nine, the Rana-sa of Mewar had come to a pact with the fact that everything in his life was pre-determined. He was the protector and promoter of the historical and architectural heritage of Mewar, now modern-day Udaipur; he was the most successful conglomerate who had a chain of heritage and luxury hotels right under his thumb; and now he was to be the husband of a girl he had never even seen. Right when he thought he had it all figured out, in came a whirlwind that swept him right off his feet. Anubhuti Choudhary. The moment he saw her for the very first time, it was sealed as the perfect photograph in his heart. Nothing before had been so magical, so enticing, so captivating. His heart yearned for yet another glimpse, but she was not meant to be his. However, God rolled his dice, destiny played its game, and fate brought her right into his arms. It was then that he realized she had a million words to say but none could be read in her eyes, for hers was a story to be told on a much deeper level. 🐇 "Aap mohabbat hain hamari. Woh mohabbat jo saari haddein todd ke seedha rooh mein sama jaati hai. Yeh dil bhale hi hamara hai lekin isme dhadakti aap hain. Sirf aap." ~ Abheesht "Aap hamara woh hausla, woh himmat hain jo dil bann ke hamare seene mein dhadakte hain. Jab bhi yeh sarr sajde mein jhuka hai, har duaa mein iss dil ne aapko hi manga hai. Sirf aapko." ~ Anubhuti 🐇

This is my first book... :-) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Friends, love, hope and dreams are the four pillars of teenage. While they mold the life for better for most of us, it was nothing less than a nightmare for her. She, who thought was cursed and shouldn't even have existed. She, who was named a devil; whose past hovered above her, burdened her and haunted her each time she thought of living a normal life. When having a boyfriend was as normal as breathing for her friends, it was something abstract for her; unrealistic, out of her league. Thus, plastering a smile on her face, veiling her dreadful existence, she quietly lived; existed. She, who desperately tried to hide her secret, once dared to swim against the current, proposed her first crush in high school and got stabbed by that same person. The person whom she loved, trusted. When her first crush publicly degraded her, broadcasting her past to the entire school; something died within her. Her hope. To love and to live a normal life. She was broken - beyond repair. After she moved to her new life in London, she thought she had left everything behind in India, only until she met him. ------------ Copyright © Radhika Acharya All rights to this book are reserved *** Do not copy my work.
