Ross was a young kid living in a small village just south of Mt. Ebbot. Rumors circulated that anyone who went up that mountain would never come back down.
Being the curiously stupid child he was, Ross left his village behind and went up the mountain. With him was Max, his friend.
As they reach the tops of the mountain after a long trek, a large gaping hole in the ground sits there. The two fall in, amazingly surviving and they venture through the Underground with help of monsters.
