Jerliko is a German sixteen year old who has never been noticed by anyone. The only time he was noticed was when his parents were disappointed by how he was doing in school. He's been thinking about suicide for years, but never found the right way to do it. Starvation took too long, hanging was just plain stupid, and poison was just too painful. But when he tries to commit suicide, he wakes up in the hospital. The nurse informs him he'll have to stay for two weeks with the other suicide kids. But will he survive? She is already so gone, that every one of her friends and family are very close to giving up, and on each tick of the clock Riley is close to letting go.
