Instead of being trapped underground,The monsters were cursed of never seeing the sun ever again. Hopeless and miserable from the previous war, they retreated back to their village. Unfortunate for the humans, the village of the monsters were near the road that leads to the city. With no more outside connection and a sudden loss of resources the humans became independent, building farms and factories. Although they can get out, whenever someone passes the tunnel into the wall of mountains, they never came back. Now a human child named Frisk with the help of their ghostly friend Chara will find a way to those monsters.Only then will they choose whether to kill them for the sake of the village or befriending them all and to make a new family of their own.
